<description>Hi Dawn. We can certainly all empathize with busy lives! As parents we&#039;re all trying to give our children the right tools to learn to be independent and thoughtful. We hope that this is a toolkit to help in that process. So, although our kids are running around from play date to practice to homework, we hope that they can become just a little bit more aware of healthy choices, and how those choices impact everything in their day. We also want to open ourselves up to great tips, so if there is anyone out there with ideas on how to motivate and empower their kids to help out, please share them here! Thanks all!
