Founded in 1999 as a community development corporation dedicated to revitalizing Jacksonville’s urban neighborhoods, Operation New Hope has expanded its mission to develop strategic partnerships in businesses, faith-based and community nonprofits, and criminal justice agencies that will lead the way in successfully reintegrating offenders. Three Layers is the newest and hottest addition to the downtown renaissance of Springfield. This warm and inviting loft style coffee house has become a hot spot for the tight knit neighbors in Springfield and literally, the buzz of Jacksonville.
