Over here at What’s On Your Plate?, we’ve been hard at work to get a fun and engaging toolkit together for all the home viewers out there who will be joining us on Sunday, February 7th at 2pm. We’ve finally finished it and we’re pretty proud to share it with all of you.
Here it is for all of those looking for something fun to do that Sunday with your friends and family!

Hi Dawn. We can certainly all empathize with busy lives! As parents we’re all trying to give our children the right tools to learn to be independent and thoughtful. We hope that this is a toolkit to help in that process. So, although our kids are running around from play date to practice to homework, we hope that they can become just a little bit more aware of healthy choices, and how those choices impact everything in their day. We also want to open ourselves up to great tips, so if there is anyone out there with ideas on how to motivate and empower their kids to help out, please share them here! Thanks all!
